Destiny StrongER Fundraiser SEPTEMBER is Childhood Cancer Awareness month. Destiny StrongER is dedicated to aid in further research of the rare liver cancer Hepatoblastoma, to raise awareness of childhood cancer, and to support and empower families of children battling childhood cancer with financial and emotional resources. Childhood Cancer Proclamation – September 21, 2021
September 21, 2021 Destiny StrongER foundation was invited by the City of Pelham to receive the proclamation for the month of September 2021 as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. What an honor! We had the privilege to speak about our girl and the mission, vision, and values of Destiny StrongER.
Celebration of Life at Destiny’s Elementary School
On August 28, 2021, the 5th class and all of Destiny’s friends, teachers and staff came together to honor the life of Destiny. It was a very emotional day with lots of tears, support, and hugs, as we all shared in our memories of her. Destiny’s closest friends presented a beautifully painted Friendship bench in her honor.
